“The hotel was nice clean and staff friendly. The only issue is the pool it is by the restaurant so that made it a no go. The breakfast was ok more vegetarian options need. Overall it was a nice stay”

“The staff is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. This is a small group of cabins on the side of a rainforestountain with natural pools and a 100 year old main house recently renovated. The food was delicious and healthy. But most of all, the staff was so generous when we were late for meal or needed help with the layout of the grounds. It's a place of magic and stillness. ”

“Beautiful & very welcoming place. Nice pool area & great atmosphare. Enjoyed location & dining options nearby. The only minus- lack of gym,which was in the description of propperty, huge dissapointment for us. Other than that- lovely place.”

“- Room had to be changed 3 times. - Bed linens were stained. - Front desk clerk seemed annoyed when asked to change rooms - said there were no housekeeping on duty. - Bathroom towels were all mismatched in color as well as heavily stained. - Vanity drawers contained a spider and cobwebs. - Room did not even have a complimentary coffeemaker or anything to make a cup of tea in the morning. - Fridge in the room was filthy. - Curtains in room was not opaque and allowed light through. - Bed moved...

“From check in to check out the. hospitality of the staff was remarkable. Breakfast was hot and delicious, drinks were well made and the view from th lobby during sunset was amazing. The room is dated including the linen but it was very clean and no weird odor. Did not partake in the pool but the water looked very inviting and refreshing. Thank you to all the staff that I interacted with that made this a wonderful experience. ”
