“The staff is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. This is a small group of cabins on the side of a rainforestountain with natural pools and a 100 year old main house recently renovated. The food was delicious and healthy. But most of all, the staff was so generous when we were late for meal or needed help with the layout of the grounds. It's a place of magic and stillness. ”

“The location was very convenient and I could easily walk to places. I like that right across the street there were places to eat. The room was serviced daily which was very nice. The staff in general were quite lovely. I would have liked more local food options. I definitely recommend staying there and would stay there in the future. “The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. I was in a pinch, so I hesitantly rebooked it at the higher rate. The housekeeper, Ms. Doris, is a gem! She is so responsive, helpful, and a...
