Help of staff is not really required except check-in process. But staff was kind during the check-in Process.
Almost all the things like dishes, towels, pans are prepared and you can use tea, salt and salad source for food as well.
I will recommend the place when you have experiences in travel without help of staff.
Staff does not appear in front of you during our stay after the check-in and it is really good for experienced travellers.โ
โMy stay at Raphael Kaiser was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, and I could easily contact customer service anytime. The location was great, with tourist attractions nearby, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the tram and train stations. If I visit Vienna again, I'll definitely choose this accommodation.
