"We stayed here on a family trip that included Napflio. The hotel is a boutique hotel that seems newly-remodeled & is right by the central plaza of the town. Napflio is a quaint seaside town that’s Italian in style with lots cute walking/shopping streets & great restaurants. You have to park outside of the town, but you can drive right up to the hotel (a little tricky, but you can do it) to drop off your suitcases, then park about 4 blocks away. You don’t need your car in town, but if you want to go to a beach, you can drive or take a short taxi ride. The people are very friendly."

"Nafplio was one of my favorite places to visit on our trip. This property was easy to find and close to all the shops, waterfront and places to eat. You have to park you car at the public ferry parking lot which was across the street but they let you unload all your bags before parking. Definitely would stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous pool and beach area. Breakfast was delicious, with coffee of choice, if you wanted to order something special. Myself, I just like a strong black coffee which I helped myself to. The view from my balcony of the sea and mountain was especially soothing and peaceful. Staff were friendly and readily available to answer any questions. Great restaurants within minutes on the beach and all had excellent seafood. love grilled calamari and that was readily available at all. There are mini markets within a 5 minute walk if you want to pick up extra beer or wine. I arrived from Athens on the express bus (3hrs)and from the Kalamata bus station caught the bus that goes along the beach which dropped me off just past the hotel entrance. Cost was 1.5 euro, took about 25 mins. Kalamata is so peaceful, Horizon blue is a laid back and wonderful hotel. "
