"The room was phenomenal. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was great. Food was quickly replenished and the staff was the best I have seen at keeping tables and food counters clean. I only wish the thermostat would have allowed me to keep a fan on constantly. Room would warm up and I would wake up. Didn't necessarily need ac but just a fan to circulate the air."

"Hotel is a convenient short walk over a sky bridge to the convention center. Staff is always friendly and helpful in every way. Inside-outside pool is fun. Lots of free parking. The restaurant at the top of the hotel has been closed for years, yet they continue to advertise it. There are coffee pot machines, irons, hair dryers and fridges in the rooms, But no microwaves. There IS a microwave in the lobby, but their “continental” breakfast can leave you wanting something more. No sweet rolls this year. Loved the ones they had last year! Hotel is clean, Getting older - so hallway carpeting is fading. And our mattress was super soft. Not a good fit for older backs. - I gave it a high 4+ because we DO enjoy staying there. The staff is GREAT! Just wanted to give a heads up, to those who are expecting “high class” Accommodations, that you might be slightly disappointed."
