Friendly staff, place was kept clean. It is a bit confusing to find in the town but once you find it you’ll never miss it. Lots of stairs to walk up to the top of the hotel where you check in and stay

We had a great week staying at Il residenza duomo. The staff were very friendly, the room and bathroom were clean, breakfast was tasty and the property is in an excellent location for exploring the town, port and beaches.

Posizione centralissima, vicino alla spiaggia. Comoda da raggiungere a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Pulizia top. Vistt to Tropea

Fin placering midt i den gamle bydel Det ligger på 5.sal uden trapper med en ubemandet reception. Hyggelig værelser med egen terrasse Morgenmaden bliver serveret ifb med en anden restaurant 300-400 m derfra- rigtig god morgenmad men ret besværlig. Det vil derfor være bedre at der ikke var inkluderet morgenmad eller at dette fact blev gjort tydeligere inden man havde bestilt.

Harmoninen ja turvallinen

Henkilökunta yritti tehdä yöpyäni hotelissa mahdollisimman mukavan. Henkilökunnan palvelu oli mahdollisimman ammattitaitoista. Aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Vastaanotosta oli helppo saada apua ja kattavaa tietoa. Huone oli aina täydellisessä kunnossa. A személyzet hihetetlenül kedves és segítőkész volt! Óriási tisztelet érte! A hely szép, a fekvése kitűnő, bár autóval nem közelíthető meg, de még az állomásra is ki lehet tolni a bőröndöket! Ami nem annyira volt jó, hogy az utca szintjátől 70 lépcsőfok volt a szobánk (bár megvan a maga olaszos lépcsős romantikája), lift nincsen, valamint hiányzott a szobából szárításra alkalmas akasztó, vagy szárító, amin a strandról felhozott dolgainkat tudtuk volna szárítani.

Escolhi apartamentos com vistas incríveis. muito confortáveis e bem equipados. O problema é que eles não eram no mesmo prédio e que ficam em becos. Pode ser um pouco escuro pela noite. O que mais agradou à minha família foi o funcionário Renato, muito educado e prestativo o tempo inteiro.Ajudou a encontrar vaga para o carro, ajudou a carregar as malas e deu dicas sobre como se livrar das multas por ter entrado no centro histórico.

hotel situato al centro vicino a tutto ciò che c'è da visitare e vicino alla spiaggia. colazione non molto abbondante. cosa grave mancanza di acqua per perdita pressione per il semplice motivo che se gli atri ospiti facevano la doccia tu potevi solo che aspettare perchè non arrivava l'acqua. bagno malandato porta carta pendolante porta spazzolini idem il soffione della doccia letteralmente pieno di calcare è rotto. la notte non sempre puoi riposare per il baccano dei locali che suonano fino a tarda notte...

Helt bedårande utsikt..vi bodde högst upp i en taklägenhet med två balkonger varav den ena (den på bilden) mittemot kyrkan som vi tittade ner på. Fantastisk strand som man kom ner till via en del trappor. Kan varmt rekommendera både hotell och Tropea.

Skriver en seperat klage til hotels.com. En katastrofe på alle fronter. Men især renlighed og folk der kun taler italiensk og at det var svært at få fat på ansvarlige medarbejdere er det springende punkt - og selvfølgelig at vi ikke fik den bestilte lejlighed og at Hotels.com ej heller kunne hjælpe.

Nightmare

I booked based on the fotos on the web , seems that most of the fotos are not from this hotel further more no info or warnings about driving to the hotel direct to bring luggage . It was a nightmare driving and then finding out we are going to get a 100 euro ticket in the mail . Only residents are allowed to drive in this area, local deliveries in addition. we receive a room right by the noisy reception area on the five steps away from the desk. We had everyone that walked by to go to breakfast, plus every time the phone rang at the reception desk. I thought it was the phone in our room. Thank you hotels.com. You should give me back some money to pay for the ticket.

Lägenhet med fantastisk balkong och solnedgång

Mysig lägenhet med stor balkong och bästa utsikt över havet. Sol på balkongen hela dagen fram till solnedgång. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Extra plus att vi blev mötta vid torget vid ankomst. Mycket enkel köksutrustning så rekommenderar ingen större matlagning. Mycket nöjda med vistelsen men vi hade dock önskat städning oftare än var 4:e dag.

Firstly, the hotel was extremely difficult to find and get to. There were no signs outside the building which was also an apartment building. Even the locals didn't know of it's exsistence. It was on the top floor of a 5 story building with no elevator. The owner wasn't there when we arrived just a friend of the owner who knew very little about our reservation. We called the number we had but there was no answer nor was there voicemail. It was in the old section of Tropea, therefore you couldn't drive your car to the hotel to drop your bags. The closest parking was about half a mile. With no assistance and the owner not available we stayed at another hotel in Tropea that was much nicer and more convient to get to and cost the same. The description and view from the hotel was deceiving. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there unless you enjoyed being abused.

Tolle Unterbringung im historischen Zentrum Tropea

Wir haben ein Hotelzimmer gebucht und ein wunderschönes kleines Appartement mit Meerblick erhalten. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, trotz unserer sehr späten Anreise. Zu unserem Erstaunen wurden wir nicht im Hotel untergebracht sondern in einem zauberhaften Appartement ca.2 Min. vom Hotel entfernt. Frühstück gab es im Hotel, dieses war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig und von ausgesprochen guter Qualität. Das Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse gereicht, diese sieht genauso hübsch aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Möbel im Appartement sind sehr hübsch ausgewählt, die Antiquitäten sollte sich einmal ein Schreiner anschauen. Das Bett war ganz ganz toll, dies muss man wirklich extra erwähnen. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Hinweis: Parken sollte man außerhalb des historischen Zentrums, ungefähr 800 Meter davon entfernt, hinter der Eisenbahnbrücke (Seite des Bahnhofes), da kostet Parken nichts. Des Weiteren noch ein Hinweis, man sollte Treppenfest sein, ohne Treppensteigen geht in Tropea nichts. Das Hotel ist im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug und unser Appartemente war im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug. Zum Strand geht es Treppen runter und zurück Treppen rauf.....

Contratei um hotel de 4 estrelas e me hospedei num B&B de 1 estrela.Sujo, sem estrutura de hotel, sem acesso de bagagem (subimos 70 degraus com a bagagem), no centro ao qual não se pode chegar de carro (levei 2 multas de 99 euros cada), ar condicionado não funcionava, porta de entrada quebrada.
