"Front desk at check in and restaurant staff were not very helpful or attentive. First room had no bedcovers on beds, no safe, no extending mirror by vanity, loose knobs on wardrobe and a non working refrigerator. Moved rooms and safe was still not working. Overall the rooms need a deep cleaning while common areas seemed in better shape. Coffee and wine/happy hour in lobby were a nice touch with a cheerful employee. They did accommodate a 1 hour extended checkout with no problem."
