As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. “Very good comms and helpful owner. Just the accommodation required. Very good indeed and we all slept well! The pink pub opposite was also very welcoming!”

“The accommodation was lovely, clean and spacious. It was the perfect location and the access to the hot tub was a brilliant addition.”

“Lovely Rustic Charm, great next to the Broad, freedom to come & go -totally idyllic for me. Quiet, peaceful and commutable to local town, train station. Relaxing and would love to return. Basic but suitable cooking facilities, hot water, good shower, comfortable accommodation. ”

“We only stayed for one night but it was brilliant. The cupcakes, milk and eggs left for us were a really lovely touch. My granddaughter was so sad to leave that we will bring the whole family next summer.”

“Lovely stay! So many nice little touches - coffee milk etc. perfect for a long weekend! ”

“Everything you could need and ask for. Perfect location if your going to Snetterton circuit”

“Lovely small place just right for myself , wife and our Jack Russell, decent size kitchen and we had free Netflix which was a bonus.”

“A beautiful home, fabulous host and a great room. 10 mins drive to North Walsham for parkrun, 5 mins drive to the beach and a few minutes walk to a great cafe.”
