2 night stay, and there was no housekeeping done.
Outdoor pool only had 4 to 5 hr open window for usage. It was in the high 80’s during our stay. The phones are horrible, tries 8-10 times to reach someone to bring our luggage to our room… had to wait a while, due to phones having a horrible reception…

Beautiful room facing Bellagio fountain when we got into correct room. We booked a fountain facing room for more money but when we checked in they didn’t have availability of our room so we had to use a less expensive room for first night and then move to correct room the next day. That wasn’t fun and they couldn’t refund the price difference, however, they did remove the amenity charge for one day and gave us some room credit for food. A reasonable compromise.

Very good place to relax and share a nice bottle of wine with favoure person. Comfortable bed with large bathroom. Amazing view on nature with amasing sinshine on river Dunabe. Needs some atention on spa conditions.

The strange think is that they didn't keep for us a room! They forgot about our reservation and putted us in a private apartment, in the town, very dirty, no sheets and towels. During the evening the owner of the apartment knocked at the door, he didn't knew about us...it was a big luck that he was ...
