Was surprised at the price of what was offered, then was advised the mattresses were changed out, that was a plus however we see that some screws were left on the floor beneath the head of the bed, then we attempted to close the curtains but they wouldn't due to missng connections on the curtain ...

Sedona Springs Resort
The Villa we got had a leak kn the roof and it just so happen to rain on the day we stayed. My husband slipped and hurt himself.
