I had the most horrific time at this "hotel". We arranged an airport pick up never came. Staff barely spoke English didn't understand we wished to swap rooms, condition of the room was vile. Used towels with huge marks that looked like someone used it to wipe their behinds. Staff were rude, didn't take comments seriously. When the only room left was offered I wanted to leave. It stank, you could tell the beds hadn't been changed. I asked for a refund they refused. Spoke to the manager via phone who was unpleasant, laughed about wanting to leave, even said "well what do you expect it's not the ritz. You're not in London any more" "we don't have a sewage system the towels are as clean as they will be" "I'd like to see you get a room better for the price" (within minutes I found much nicer for cheaper. I didn't get a refund but I couldn't stay there. The other guests are local families who are friends with staff. It didn't feel welcoming or professional. The staff were not trained, he ranted how he was such a Samaritan giving "his people good jobs, they will get training". He should be embarrassed with the condition, the service but he just laughed. The experience was disgusting. I'm upset they will get my money for two weeks when I barely stayed five hours. Strongly advise to spend a little more time researching/little more on a nicer place that you will want to come back to.
