“Too much time to check in. Not efficient check-in system. I needed to check-in again after using system due to wrong room was assigned. Ristricted swimming pool usage time and extra cost. Only free for 2people, be careful. Kids pool is too small. I will not go there with kids anymore.”

“After waiting for almost 30 minutes to check in, we were given a room in the South Tower. That room was horrible, there was a window, but you couldn't open the shade. When you looked behind the shade the room looked out over the lobby.
The bathroom had mold along the base of the shower door. I would not consider booking here again”
