Location is great, staff is great, lobby is great, beds and bathroom great. The hallways need work, rooms aren’t perfect. If you are going to the U of A for a function it’s worth a stay.

Hotel McCoy - Art, Coffee, Beer, Wine
Definitely dusty under the bed. Great idea not having carpet, just bare concrete. Gal at reception was lovely when we arrived. Reported that our unit only had a dribble of cold water and no hot water in the bathroom sink. Even running the hot only slightly warmed it. Pretended I was camping? Notified ...
