"We upgraded our stay, but it some of the upgrade figures never materialised, even after highlighting this to reception staff, which were rather ignorant. Housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly, big thank you to them. Bar and restaurant staff were hit and miss, some of them were very good, others were not really interested in their job. Overall we had a good time and considering to return. "

The premium upgrade is basically futile, you’re only entitled to a robe, a couple soft drinks in your fridge and the ability to reserve a spot in a slightly upgraded dining experience. However there are multiple small things which need attention: deck outside was broken with screws sticking out (bit scarry when you travel with kid), faulty hairdryer, missing plug for hydromassage bath, sometimes houskeeping service did not left water or coffe capsulles and salty water in swimming pool (which we not expected)"
