We were in Tulsa for one night. The room was clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice for being free. The faucet in the bathroom sink was loose though.

The staff was excellent! I can't believe you have the audacity to charge $20 for parking...and the run around how to do so. It was beyond ridiculous! We parked our own car, it wasn't valet parking. I rather would have paid $30-50 FOR valet parking! The overall first impression, was that it's a disgusting hotel. We didn’t have shower gel, it was obviously empty. We had a "do not disturb" tag on our door but that didn't stop your cleaning lady from trying to get in!! It was extremely convenient for walking to the BOK Center, literally under a minute's walk!

Check in person-can’t remember his name , but he was very friendly helped me out with my luggage. The lady who checked me out was even more helpful and very friendly shared conversation with me while I got breakfast and got ready to head home. I truly enjoyed my time there and would recommend the hotel again.

Awesome stay

The young man at front desk was amazing. He knew my adult daughter and I were alone and when we went out to smoke he kept a close eye on us to make sure we were not bothered. He answered all questions with a smile. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The young woman at the desk the next morning was very friendly. I definitely will stay there again. I really liked the fact that you can't get to other floors in elevator without room key. And they lock the front door at 8 pm and key card opens it also.

I like that you have to use your key card to get in the building, go up and down in the elevator and get into the pool and gym areas. Free breakfast is also a plus and super helpful.
