"Excellent location, close to to airport and local transportation, short walk to the ferry. The views are fantastic, rooms are clean and spacious. I liked the tall ceilings and the water station on the 5th floor. My one complaint is the bed is super firm, even with the mattress topper they add upon request."

"Excellent location, breakfast, and room—with mixed check-in service. We had a comfortable room, and both the location and breakfast were excellent! Huge shoutout to Than at the front desk, Mark (the filipino manager), and Jerry, who helped us with our belongings—they were all exceptionally warm, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. My only issue was during check-in with Girma or Grima (front desk lady with long eyelashes and name starts with letter “G”). She was unwelcoming and interrupted my wife when my wife tried to explain that another guy agent that my wife communicated over the phone had noted to hold a room for us if available (the guy agent asked the airport arrival time so he could let us checkin if there’s a room available as the reason why the guy asked our airport arrival information). Aside from that interaction, the rest of the team made us feel right at home, and we truly appreciated their fantastic service!"

"The rooms are a little older but the view more than makes up for it. Large rooms and windows. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to transportation ,food and shopping. Star ferry is close. The view of the harbor was amazing. No better view."

"Promenade and harbour view on a high floor is unbeatable. Great gym. Great swimming pool with views of the HK skyline and harbour magnificent. Space clean rooms. Housekeeping is on the ball. They’re friendly and very helpful too. Lots of dining and shopping within walking distance to and from the hotel. Excellent options. All staff from every department we came across with were all friendly and very helpful. Been to your home several times now. You have seemed to improve on every visit. Thank you. God bless."

"From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The staff are above and beyond attentive, the facilities first class and the rooms perfection. We took the upgrade to a harbour view room which didn’t disappoint. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with the most comfy beds. The bathroom was practical and clean with a wet room as well as bath. Breakfast was wonderful with so much choice and again the staff couldn’t have been more lovely and efficient. Also used the pool and gym - fantastic facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff even allowing us to freshen up in the gym facilities post checkout due to a late flight. The location in TST is so handy for everything. A visit to the hotel Sky bar is a must. I cannot recommend the Sheraton and its team highly enough. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you to you all!"
