Beautiful property, incredible views, stunning pool. We loved this place for our family. The only thing we didn't like was the restaurant, we really disliked our dinner there and found the staff very slow and seemed confused. We left the hotel for dinners after that, but breakfast was good. One of the best hotel pools I've seen, kids loved the play room. Hot tubs were empty due to water restrictions.

It’s good but not great

The service was great. The room clean, bed excellent, there’s construction going on so part of the hotel is closed. The rooms are not very modern and are very basic. Nothing fancy. The room was noisy. Breakfast excellent. It is close to the main plaza, it’s quite a walk to come back at night.

This hotel is beautiful. The food at the restaurant was ok. I would have given this place five stars if it wasn’t because the receptionist charged me almost $1,000 extra and it took a while to straighten this out.

It was absolutely beautiful property and the staff were fabulous. The birds and flowers were beautiful af just magical. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the balcony. It was just lovely. The spa and massages were wonderful. We had great mani pendis. We felt so at ease and relaxed. It’s truly a magical place.

No me gustó el hotel , habitaciones muy antiguas , colchones antiguos y poco cómodos , las camas rechinan , en la habitación no hay nevera , no hay plancha , no hay cafetera , solo dejan una botella de agua para dos personas , todo es súper antiguo en las habitaciones , aparte me tocó pagar 128.000 más por los impuestos . Poco confortable y cómodo por un precio tan alto

El hotel está en proceso de adecuaciones donde quedaba la recepción, así que esta fue reubicada cerca a la zona donde nos asignaron la habitación en el primer nivel, el ruido de las personas en el parqueadero y en las escaleras no permitieron descanzar como debería. Además, había un tour y el nivel de ruido del grupo tampoco ayudó.
