Great location near railway station and bus to airport, and about 15 minutes walk to royal palace. Basic accommodation but comfortable enough and clean, friendly staff, and decent breakfast (eggs, cold cuts, homemade pies) included with the room.

Great location, clean and very helpful staff. The bathroom, however, was very uncomfortable as it was so narrow that it was impossible to sit on the toilet straight (legs won't fit) so you had to sit at an angle.

we had a new room that just got renovated it was clean and big (with small kitchen) very nice clean shower. Breakfast was good the stuff was very nice and helpful. only thing is that they have very limited parking spaces so if u come with a car be prepared for far parking.

Very nice but noisy

Very well situated hotel. The hotel is very nice but the sound isolation is bad with the street and the room above, it is a pity. Double blackout curtain would be nice as well. Very good breakfast.

Great coffee/breakfast

This hotel has a great location. It is a few minutes walk to the Turin Porta N. train station, and you can also walk about 15 minutes to the royal palace/Duomo de Turin. Breakfast is very good, especially for the carpaccio! The only problem is: A small shower room. It is not suitable for fat men.

REQUEST A LIFT AS THE HOTEL HAS ONE NEXT DOOR

reviews misleading ie it says on hotels.com page there is a lift but tripadviser reviews said steps only - i requested lift for my wife, the hotel has an annex with entry via next door with a lift but needs to be requested by phoning in advance. Room also had a kitchenette so fridge, kettle was put to use even with a great breakfast. Also our room was quiet as overlooking the back so no traffic/tram noise

Helpful and patient staff. Our room/apartment was unusual/weird and down a few doors from the actual hotel, in a building that contained private apartments and at least 1 business, but, it was clean and the Murphy bed was comfortable. The room was pretty warm; we wished we could have cooled it other than open windows…noisy outback and odors from full trash bins from neighboring restaurants & folks’ cigarette smoke drifted up into our room. (Our window overlooked the car park alley. ) Hotel parking was fine, but quite difficult to find without staff assistance. A walkable location with restaurants, piazzas and shops nearby. Good breakfast with a nice variety. The internet in our room never worked…never. Finally, due to some system upgrades/update, we had to pay with cash. (due to the requirement to pay with cash, we were given one night of parking.) We suggest, if you stay in this hotel, ask to stay in the hotel proper and not one of the apartments. We had no idea we would not be staying in the hotel proper.
