Had a great stay. A little oasis in the middle of the city. The rooms were all unique and the staff was very responsive. My only concern ahead of the trip was not knowing for sure if they had baggage storage if we arrived earlier, stayed in town after check-out. But, the day before the trip the staff sent clear instructions for how to access the baggage room to store bags and it was all good. Cannot express how much of a hidden gem the hotel was. It was beautiful and conveniently located and we had a hard time leaving!

Beautiful decor and very well located, while quiet. The private courtyard invites is to have dinner there. The apartments with kitchenette are practical. Only the choice of TV channels was suboptimal (no English speaking channel). Good price.

Very modern and neatly designed property and room. Very clean, centrally located in Turin with very easy walking distance to main attractions. Very spacious room for a family of 4 including 2 children. Although there's no staff present at the property, they're easily reachable. Very nice experience and we'll certainly stay at Agora should we visit Turin again.

Great location, very nice room. Option to leave luggage. Very clean, quite. Room opens with virtual key, internet access is required. Even though there was no reception, we got ansert fast vis chat. We would recommend it definetly.

The room is nice and the little courtyard is very cosy. Everything was clean, modern and in good shape. Communication with the hotel was good, but there was a few things that could have been better. Location was great as well, right at the center of Turin and close to everything. 1. They send out an guide with parking(which is good service), but the information is not right, so we ended up paying more than double the price than we were supposed to. We could ofcause have checked ourselves, but its tough when everything is in italian and i guess we trusted the hotel's information. 2. Internet was poor, it was hard for me to work, which was frustrating and streaming on the TV was impossible. 3. On Hotels it says you can buy a breakfast, you can but it is just some sweet bread thats delivered from a nearby facility. Not a continental breakfast, and not like the picture that is on Hotels.com. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend the place, but the 3 things above is the reason we cannot give 5 stars.

I would definitely stay here again. Half way between Cathedral and Train Station. Easy spot for day trips. Nice curtains to turn the room into a dark cave. Room had AC. Very secure. I was a little confused how the access would work before I arrived, but once you understand what they are doing, it makes so much sense. Security to outer street doors. Security to inner court yard doors. Security to room. Security to luggage room. You only get access to what you are allowed at certain times. Would make it easy to show up early or even leave late. They sent me everything I needed to know via WhatsApp. The room had everything needed for a short stay, ie, dining table, mini kitchen. Not sure about laundry.

We were expecting a boutique hotel. Rather individual rooms located in a courtyard. Pretty, but isolating as main contact was by phone and messaging. Rooms were clean and well kept. Not a accommodation suited for us.

The hotel is in a great location. 10 mins walk from station and near to lots of sights and shopping. There is no hotel reception, rooms are accessed via a web link. The foyer is beautiful but our room (no 1) felt quite dark and oppressive the only light came from our rooms entrance - a glass door leading into the lobby. I think the glass was privacy glass but still felt need to close the curtain. The lighting in the room had two settings -very bright or very dim. Bathroom was very nice it but to get hot water from sink you had to turn shower on first. I loved the little kitchen inside the wardrobe - great idea and has everything you could possibly need. We only stayed one night so it was just for a layover. but I think if I was staying longer I would not have enjoyed being in that room and would have looked to stay elsewhere.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Turin. The location was perfect—close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions, restaurants, and cafés. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations and any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turin. It made my trip even more enjoyable!
