Nice hotel , clean rooms and comfy beds . Reception staff were helpful and the head barman was fantastic and friendly, really good guy . Restaurant food we ate once and was ok at best but breakfast was good enough

Was in town for a Juvntus match. Hotel is an easy 40 minute walk or 20 minute transit ride. Also an easy bus to the city center. Hotel staff were the best and very proactive. Loved them all.

Very hot room temperature

The hotel was great but the room was like an oven, 12 degrees outside and 27 degrees in the room. Not sure why the air conditioning is not working, but it made sleeping a big problem and makes me want to find another hotel.

Not good as usual: what's happing at this hotel?

Usually everything is perfect in this hotel. Not this time. The bell of the garage gate was broken but there was no advice of that. It was raining a lot and 5 minutes under the rain ....it's enough to be completely wet and iced in the morning, impossible to have a warm shower: only a little warm But the price was full as usual....

La disposizione della camera lasciava a desiderare: il mobile piazzato attaccato al letto impediva di mettere il comodino. Sarebbe bastato girare il mobile di 90° e ci sarebbe stato tutto, con più logica e confort per l'ospite che dorme su quel lato del letto. Inoltre il mobile così appiccicato impedisce anche un qualsiasi movimento senza urtarlo e la discesa dal letto non è normale.

Le camere necessitano di insonorizzazione: le porte sono praticamente "trasparenti". Si sente volare una mosca nel corridoio, quindi non oso immaginare la privacy che c'è nella stanza.... Dal corridoio molto probabilmente si sente tutto !

Sono arrivato molto tardi (oltre mezzanotte) e con una pioggia torrenziale. Il guardiano notturno è stato molto rapido ad aprire il cancello del garage per non farmi bagnare più di tanto e cordialissimo nonchè molto rapido nel gestire il check in: complimenti Sono cliente abituale di questo hotel da ormai 18 mesi: è comodo, ha un bel garage (troppo caro...) un ambiente diverso dal solito, una bellissima sala colazioni con offerta ampia (nella norma comunque), personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il bagno della stanza non era all'altezza della situazione: meriterebbe una buona manutenzione (porta, asse del WC, bidèt).

Soggiorno positivo, l'hotel è comodo e lo apprezzo anche per il fatto che ha un garage che permette in qualsiasi momento di trovare posto, visto che la zona è parecchio trafficata. Però....18,00 € al giorno.....non l'ho pagato nemmeno a Porto Cervo in Costa Smeralda! In camera: nulla da dire per pulizia e confort del letto. Mi sembra però che lasciare solo una cialda per la macchinetta del caffè sia veramente miserabile con i prezzi che state applicando e visto il costo delle cialde! Bisogna calibrare se prendersi un caffè prima di andare a dormire o tenerlo per la mattina..... Sarebbe bene aggiornare anche le prese vicino al letto. Ormai c'è sempre più bisogno di una presa vicina al letto per caricare cellulari o altri accessori. Per trovare la presa, bisogna fare i contorsionismi per attaccarsi sotto al comodino.

O hotel por eu ter estado de segunda a sábado hospedada, entendeu que a nova reserva de sábado a domingo, não precisavam trocar a roupa de cama. Falei que era uma nova reserva e eu queria toalhas de banho e roupas de cama novos. Disseram que já haviam trocado dia 18! Falei que queria outro quarto então. Me deram o último quarto do andar, só uma toalha de banho, o chuveiro era péssimo, o vaso quando você dar a descarga, respinga água na gente. Toda a boa impressão que eu havia tido na semana, caiu por terra. A recepcionista e o gerente da noite super arrogantes. Mas os garçons e o mâitre, muito educados. Resumindo: o hotel é bom, mas não vale 580,00 a diária!

Si può fare di meglio

Hotel 4 stelle un po' datato. La camera era piccola, una doppia riadattata da tripla. Impossibile uscire sul balconcino causa brandina davanti alla porta. Un solo comodino per il matrimoniale, nessun comodino per il singolo. Colazione continentale abbondante e buona, personale gentile e disponibile.

Purtroppo una delle due camere era sprovvista di comodino. Inoltre l'accesso al balcone era bloccato da un letto aggiunto (inutile). I cappuccini serviti freddi. Per il resto tutto bene.
