Dont expect 5 star luxury but this hotel is great,single room was like a 1 bedroom flat. 15 minutes walk from Torino FC Stadium and about 20 minutes on Tram 4 to Porta Nuovo.

Everything was just perfect. The staff was friendly, very accomodating. The property was always kept clean. The breakfast variety was great, we had many choices to pick. The only down is that no basic toiletry was in the room, we needed to go and get shampoo and body wash. Other than that everything was great. Will recomend this hotel

Dårlig rom, AC gikk på 16 grader men blåste varm luft, jeg sa ifra til resepsjonen som hverken brydde seg eller ville utbedre feilene, det sto på maskinen at den trengte rens/service. Anbefaler absolutt ingen å overnatte her hvis de vil ha en god natt søvn bør de se etter andre steder i Torino! Jeg kommer nok aldri tilbake hit.

Molto pulita, comoda per l'Inalpi Arena, ma si può migliorare, quindi consiglio di: 1. mettere il manico della doccia mobile e non il soffione fisso così se uno non ha necessità di lavarsi i capelli può evitare di bagnarli 2. controllare che le grucce non siano rotte 3. mettere nella colazione i succhi in caraffa facendoli a mano o comprando buone marche invece di metterci la macchinetta automatica 4. se c'è il condizionatore in camera mettere istruzioni e telecomando per accenderlo

Ottima collocazione per chi si rechi alla Fiera. Ha un ampio parcheggio interno. Nei dintorni ci sono vari ristoranti e pizzerie, noi ne abbiamo provati tre ed erano tutti ottimi. La colazione è abbondante e varia, anche per chi preferisce il salato. Lì vicino passa il tram che in 15 minuti porta al Duomo e al Palazzo Reale. Se torneremo a Torino sicuramente prenoteremo qui.

Da dimenticare! Siamo arrivati e troviamo un letto "alla francese" (ma una piazza e mezza e dire troppo!); ci dicono che avevamo prenotato una "matrimoniale basic"; ho risposto che in italiano il termine "basic" non esiste e comunque sulla nostra prenotazione Hotel.com c'era scritto "matrimoniale" e basta! Ho fatto vedere la prenotazione e l'addetta mi ha risposto che non conosceva Hotels.com! Peccato che (solo qualche minuto dopo, altrimenti glielo avrei fatto notare), in bella vista all'ingresso c'era una brochure "in verticale" del voto sull'hotel su "HOTELS.COM"!!! Quindi... Inoltre per la prima volta in tanti anni abbiamo dovuto saldare subito il conto (come se fossimo dei sospettati di scappare via!!!). A non rivederci e grazie!
