I booked this hotel for a group of colleagues and customers visiting Turin on business. On their return, they were very complimentary stating that the hotel was lovely, the rooms were a very good size, food was good and the staff were helpful. They would recommend it to other travellers.

This is a nice hotel in a convenient location. Close to the train station and close to lots of restaurants. The little coffee place across the street was lovely. My only complaint was they asked for a tip for the staff at check out. I would rather pay more up front.

Great place to stay. Great location. Great service. The only thing is that you have to call up for a iron and you get 30 Mins to use it. But it comes up quickly so it is no problem. It was also a little warm at night.

Quiet elegance, large, well-appointed rooms, effective AC (a hot July), very helpful staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning), unbeatable location in the center only minutes on foot from Porta Nuova station and easy walking distance from the most interesting central neighborhoods. Extraordinary bargain for high season on top of that. The best!

We stayed for a week at the end of september 2026 and found the hotel very accommodating, the staff could not have been more helpful, the room was cleaned daily, the aircon worked perfectly and our room was very quiet even though we overlooked the main road. Breakfast had a very good allround selection of cold cuts, cheese, fruit, bread and rolls, pastries and of course coffee and tea all fresh and replenished regularly. 10/10 our only suggestion would be a few more draws and or shelves in our room 333. This hotel is also perfectly situated for sightseeing. Thank you Majestic for a wonderful stay.

Hotel fine, good access to public transport. We were there during heatwave and the room AC was not capable of cooling the room which made sleeping quite difficult. We arrived early and they let us right into a room which was great. Good staff, clean property, beware in summer.

My second stay at this property. Location, hospitality, facility all good. Just one bad : no coffee machine in rooms. Of course, there are good bars nearby, sometimes it's bit of hassle to go out when you want to stay in your room
