The room was a little dirty, and it was very dusty everywhere. Some of the fixtures on the walls were broken/coming out, and the beds were incredibly hard.

The staff was Awesome!! Diana did her Best to make us comfortable when the heaters didn't work in our 1st room. A lot of cosmetics and updating is needed. Housekeeping and MANTAINENCE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. IF the ROOMS would be like Diana it would be a 5 star hotel.
