"Check-in was interesting when the hotel didn't have our Expedia reservation. Staff were every accommodating by giving us an apartment across the road instead of the room that was booked. However, the apartment was unprepared for guests and some essentials were missing from the room which were provided by the night porter. Open louvre windows could have explained the insects and slight road dust in the apartment kitchen on arrival. The staff did their best but it was not the experience we were hoping for, though breakfast was great."

"We purchased a day pass to enjoy the beautiful hot springs at Rio Perlas Thermal Resort & Spa, and it was absolutely worth it! The pools were relaxing and well-maintained, and we also went on a scenic hike that made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was visiting the farm and getting to pet the animals—it added such a fun, unique touch. We had an amazing time overall and definitely plan to return when we’re back in Costa Rica!"

Hemos estado en varias ocasiones a lo largo de los años, incluyendo una estadía de aproximadamente dos semanas recientemente, y en cada visita el trato ha sido excepcional. El personal siempre va más allá para que uno se sienta cómodo y bien atendido. Un detalle que valoramos muchísimo es cómo tratan a mi perro de servicio, Chewie. No solo lo reciben con amabilidad, sino que incluso le ofrecen agua y algo de comida, lo cual hace que nuestra estadía sea aún más especial. Este tipo de gestos muestran una calidez humana que no se encuentra en todos los lugares. Gracias por su dedicación y por hacer que siempre queramos volver."
