"Reception is in the restaurant. I had to wait for check in 20 Minutes as the waitress was serving food and took orders first. The room was old and bathroom from the 70s. Soap and shower gel empty. Some rooms were renovated but not mine:-( The people were very nice and location was perfect for me. For 2 nights it was ok. "

"Das sogenannte Compfort Zimmer war für die Preis-Leistung veraltet. Das Matratze war durchgelegen. Nach diesen ersten Eindrücken habe ich es dann auch vermieden die Sauna zu benutzen, die eh nicht an war.
Sollte erstmal wieder etwas auf einen neueren Stand gebracht werden. Die Bewertung von über 8 Punkten ist viel zu hoch gegriffen. Alleine schon wegen den Gesamtpreis, unteranderem wegen dem spärlichen und zu teuren Frühstück "

"Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem schönen gelegenen Hotel in der Nähe vom Schloss direkt in Waldeck.
Der einzige Wermutstropfen war, dass beim Frühstück für Cappuccino etc. ein Aufpreis verlangt wurde. Des Weiteren erwartet man eigentlich in dieser Klasse zu mindestens eine kostenlose Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer."
