Fairly basic, but at a good price and probably better for a longer stay with your own supplies - we were only there for one night. A good location for using as a base and travelling around the region and the facilities will be fine for self catering etc..Supermarkets and a couple of reasonable restaurants and bars in walking distance which is helpful.
Our stay was pleasant enough for the two nights we stayed. It was a convenient location to be able to explore the Mt Cook region. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.
Cute little chalet, easy check in. Clean bed, nice kitchenette. Not too far from Christchurch, great launching point for Lake Tekapo, Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park, and Wanaka. Can walk to downtown/restaurants, a park with old machinery just across the road kids might like.
An affordable (non-camping) choice to base yourself for the Hooker Valley and surrounding hikes. The A-Frame rooms reminded me of school camps. Lots of timber and basic facilities. The room was clean and large and had everything you need. Great location, plenty of parking and the star gazing was incredible.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The check in was very easy. It was a great location for our activities. We were not expecting anything special and that is what we got so we were fine with the stay over all. It is a cabin after all.
Comfy bed. Shampoo and hand soap needed restocking. Air conditioner remote needed new batteries. Communication was generally poor. Location excellent. Staff friendly.
We love the place. Although the room is budget double room (smallest room type) but a room equipped with kitchen and clean. The location is not far away from many restaurant.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was spacious and quiet. Even though it did get cold at night, I was fine with their comfy blanket and electric mattress pad. Definitely recommend it!
Nothing to fault for the price. Good location with multiple shops and good dining options within walking distance. Multiple activities nearby.
