"For parking I had to pay separately on per day basis which was way too costly and the breakfast I paid separately for buffett apart from room charges but was told that Buffett was cancelled and had to order s single dish from al-a-carté menu which was also not good. Checkout time is so strict that after 11AM my room key wasn’t working for which I visited reception 3 to 4 times for extension and still did not work."

"Wonderful hotel in a central location with easy access to parking and area attractions/restaurants. Interior is beautiful and my room was clean, comfy, and spacious. I had a delicious breakfast at Iron Rooster located inside the hotel on the lobby level. I have no complaints and would definitely choose this hotel again for future stays."

"The whole facility was very clean. The staff very friendly. One thing that I did not like was the ice machines. I was on the first floor and the sign said that there was ice on floors 4, 3, & 2. I took the stairs to floors 4 and 3 and there was no ice. The 2nd floor was the only one that had ice. Another thing that was an inconvenience was the shower. It did not have an opening to reach your arm in to turn on the shower. You have to get in to turn it on."

"We understand that the hotel was under construction. However, the room that we stayed and should’ve never have been occupied by any customer. There was no extra supplies or accommodations that should’ve been provided such as cub for coffee, ice, bucket, and even tissues this room should’ve never been slept in."

"Hotel may look like a million dollars but the rooms are like a motel. Loose security hinge, loose toilet paper dispenser... Shower hear full of rust and scum. No one shows up for a breakfast you have to pay $16 per person. Staff never informed me on any services. Housekeepers were nice. Room was big enough for 1 person."
