Every body are very nice and helpful. Rafael who works at the restaurant in the morning is very nice. Breakfast very good and a lot of variety.

Clean and quiet

The hotel may be under renovations, the photos are slightly different. The beds are comfortable but the bathrooms are in need of renovation. All three rooms we had included jet tubs and around the tub area filled with water when showering. Hotels staff were friendly, the breakfast was great. We had beers at the little street boteco next to the hotel and that was fun. Doesn't get more Brazilian.

Overall the stay was a good experience but there are some items that kept it from being an excellent experience. I did not like the fake plants staged in the rooms, lobby, and pool area. It’s Brazil. The plans should be real. Additionally, the pool was dirty. I would also like to point out that the valet employee was rude. We pulled up on my motorcycle at the main entrance. First, he did not greet us. No good afternoon. No welcome to the hotel dan inn. He immediately suggested we were not at the correct hotel because a lot of people on motorcycles mistakenly show up to the Dan Inn. Second, after we told him that we wanted to check in he kept insisting that we park first because “he didn’t want us to block the entrance.” Most hotels I’ve been to have this covered entrance to park while checking in, getting bags, etc. We had just rode 5 hours and wanted to get our bags off the motorcycle and check in prior to parking the motorcycle. Eventually we just gave up trying to convince the employee and walked away from him to proceed with the check in.

O principal são os funcionários, todos Muito prestativos. Café da manhã bom. Jantamos no restaurante do hotel 3 dias, comida boa e valores bons. As porções servem 2/3 pessoas. Pessoal da recepção, todos muito prestativos. A sauna é fraca mas resolve. O hotel não tem academia, mas utiliza uma academia em frente ao mesmo, boa tbém. Ducha boa, com água bem quente. A única coisa que achei falta, foi ter copos no quarto, precisei para tomar medicação e não tinha, precisei descer ao restaurante para pegar. Seria mais simples deixar dentro do frigobar talvez, 2 ou 3 copos, mesmo de plástico.
