"Everything was fine until we arrived at the so-called hotel. It's more like a banquet and wedding venue. It says there will be something until 11pm. but we find the door locked, the phone number. When we called, only a Polish-speaking person answered. For those who don't speak Polish like me, it was difficult to understand what was being said. I received instructions in a text message. There was only me and my family in the whole house. A bit uncomfortable. But everything was clean and tidy."

"Alles toll. Man kommt abends an und das Zimmer ist angenehm warm. Herrlich. Einzig, dass die Navi Daten nicht zum Hotel passen ist etwas umständlich. Wenn man wirklich mal nachts ankommt und man nicht das kleingedruckte gelesen hat (steht bei Anreise in der Beschreibung), dann findet man das nicht, zumal die Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel ist. "We so enjoyed our stay at Ibis Styles Boleslawiec. The staff at the desk were pleasant and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking to the town square. The shower was great, the air conditioning was refreshing, the unlimited water dispenser was a great idea, and the morning breakfast was tasty with a wide selection. We would recommend this hotel and would enjoy staying again when we're in the area. "

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening. It's ok for a short trip like 3-4 days but I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay."

"Hotel and surroundings are are lovely. Breakfast selection was very good. The only negative thing was that they have seating area and games in corridor by some of the rooms. I was in one of those rooms. That meant i was woken up numerous times during late evening and night by people playing and being loud. I had called reception twice and after nearly an hour they had asked particularly loud group to move but after thst i gave up calling every time someone was loud. No other room was offered to me. Luckily i was there only 1 night."
