Great place

We stayed for 5 nights at Nirwa and everything was perfect. The location is great, 10 min walk to the central area of Ubud and far enough from the crowds. The surrounding was so green and beautiful with the rice fields in front of our balcony. The room and the pool were always clean and nice to relax. The breakfast was tasty and the the stuff very polite and helpful.

Lovely hotel and staff, but located up a path

Lovely location in rice fields and lovely staff. Good breakfast. But be aware that "the rice fields" is a Ubud region up a 1/3 mile concrete path that is only accessible on motor scooter or foot. There are restaurants, yoga and massage facilities, guest houses, etc. on path. Be sure to take the hotel phone number with you, because two different drivers trying to call the hotel didn't have correct nos. Once contacted, the hotel will send down motor scooters to pick up you and your luggage. No parking at base of path.
