The property is a home stay, meaning that the family also live on site, this gives a window into authentic Balinese living. The rooms are functional but not at all fancy. The buildings are a bit shabby, but kept clean. The people are lovely and extremely helpful. Breakfast is from a set menu, it is a sufficient feed (meal drink and fresh fruit platter). Locationally easy walking distance to all of Ubud and attractions.

Nice Little Spot

We had to come and go very quickly as we are here for work. Our morning had us leaving at 7am (before the time breakfast is typically available). The family kindly brought fresh fruit, coffee, and even an egg sandwich to our verandah at 6:40 in the morning! Very kind hosts, indeed! The water pressure and heat is not as strong as other places you will go, but was fine for us. Comfy bed and nice and quiet despite a central location.

En toute intimité dans Ubud

Excellent homestay : les proprietaires cherchent a vous satisfaire au maximum ; ils cherchent à vous faire plaisir et à rendre votre sejour inoubliable. La piscine est un grand plus à Ubud, propre et parfaitement ensolleillée. Super agréable surtout, si comme nous, vous réservez le cottage en pied de piscine, terrasse à l'abi des regards pour de belles soirees ou petits dejeuners intimes.

Relaxing and good homestay near Ubud central

Lovely stay, comfortable room. Near Ubud central (walking approx 10min), but in a quiet road and in inside yard. In the evenings rooster, cats and dogs around there made some noice, so maybe not ideal for light sleeper..i didn't mind. Breakfast made when order, nice options. At the reception there is no person all the time, but the other staff and owners are helpful. Pool very nice and clean, surrounded by the garden. Very relaxing. They have total 10 rooms (hotels.com says 6..), which of 4 are new. I stayed in deluxe room; spacious and clean,good bed. Sheets were clean, but only blanket? No sheet on that..not so nice but i managed. Ac working, good lighting..hmm, water coming from shower to bathroom floor and no towel to dry the water. Overall i liked my stay very much!

Points positifs : petit complexe à taille humaine. Calme si vous êtes du bon côté au fond (nous avions une chambre supérieure). Moustiquaire présente, literie ok. Bon petit déjeuner avec du choix (pancakes mais en realité crêpe, toast salé ou sucré, rice pudding, riz frit). Points négatifs : chambre et salle de bain pas très propres et pas nettoyées chaque jour, serviettes pas changée sur un séjour de 4 nuits. Dans les bungalows les chambres ferment avec un cadenas cae portes typiquement balinaises. Piscine pas très propre et froide. Neutre : localisation à 15min du palais environ.

Great price, lovely and attentive customer service (owner tari speaks English well, so it's no trouble asking anything), rooms are very clean, not super modern but has a fridge, bathtub and aircon- enough for comfort. Felt like home actually, wish I stayed for longer here. I stayed at another hotel in ubud which was run down, mouldy smelling and dimly lit, highly appreciated this one after that! Pool area was nice and relaxing. Owner went out of her way to give me a quiet room, weeks before when I communicated to her my insomnia condition (room behind housekeeping but not closest to pool is quietest (I couldn't hear anything, although I think the walls are thin so it's also lucky I had quiet neighbors who made noise at a reasonable time). Really reasonable rates for scooter if you need one, and tari made it possible for me to enjoy a half hour scooter ride on my last night, as well as join in with offering making. Unforgettable experience, thanks! Will stay again next time I'm in ubud!! :D About a 12m walk from town, further if you want to head to some places due to roads not connecting, but I found it gave me the opportunity to walk and explore the ubud at my own pace. Property is also far from the road, so no scooter noise.

這是我第一次到峇里島旅行。 於莉亞迪是家庭民宿(不是別墅喔)，乾淨舒適，到烏布市區徒步很方便。我住了7晩，第三晚幫我換到有蚊帳的大床。 服務人員都很親切熱心，民宿Mom好幾次請我吃東西。我還跟他們學習印尼語。 於莉亞迪是烏布市區房價很實惠的選擇。

Would recommend, great value

I stayed in a twin room with my friend for three nights and it was a lovely room with comfortable beds. Quite a few ants coming in but that's not the fault of the hotel. The bathroom was nice but the drain very slow so the whole floor flooded when you showered but it didn't matter too much. Good location, we walked everywhere. Beautiful pool and lovely local feel to the hotel. Friendly staff but sometimes hard to convey what you wanted (we never did get any extra toilet paper when ours ran out!) Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

굉장히 발리스러운 숙소! 리얼발리니즈를 꿈꾼다면 이 곳으로! 제일 저렴한 방은 에어컨이 없습니다. 꼭 참고하시어 웬만하면 에어컨 있는 방으로 선택하세요. 방이 눅눅해요. 침구가 눅눅해서 좀 힘들었어요. 청소 열심히 해주시는데 찝찝한건 왜일까요? 그래도 정말 아름다운 장소에요. 수영장도 멋지고 위치도 괜찮습니다.

Perfect place!

+ big nice rooms, awesome breakfast, really nice food in the restaurant ( fish ), beach front. - after some days it did smell from the bathroom, but that wasn't so bad.
