“Hotels.com을 통해 호텔 유지니아에 예약을 하고 예약확인 메일을 여러차례 받고 예약당일 호텔 유지니아에 도착하여 체크인을 하려하였습니다. 그러나 놀랍게도 이리 방이 모두 예약이 된 관계로 다른 호텔로 가라는 것이었습니다. 호텔 유지니아나 Hotels.com 어느 누구에게도 아무런 연락을 받은 적이 없었는데 너무나 당황스럽고 황당하였습니다. 그래도 호텔유지니아에서 인근의 다른 호텔을 소개해주어 가까스로 로브란에서 하루밤을 보낼수 있었습니다.”

“최고입니다!! 아름다운 일출을 볼 수 있는 최적의 호텔이었습니다 감ㅅ”

“The staff is super nice. This rating would have been a four or five except that there are some critical things that are fails; 1. The room smelled like old cigarette and when we walked down the hallways multiple rooms had active smokers at night. Which means the hotel doesn’t reinforce “no-smoking” policy. My sinus suffered. 2. They told me we had access to the hotel parking lot, after 3 days of use they informed me it costs €30 per day!!!! Not before… even though I called to ask before...

“Parcheggio a pagamento e spiaggia a pagamento non inclusi nel costo dell ‘albergo .il tutto ci e’ stato solo detto al nostro arrivo ,per un costo totale di quasi 700 euro per 10 gg .mi sembra. Assurdo visto il prezzo dell’albergo e sopratutto visto che non è stato comunicato alla prenotazione .”

“모든 것이 너무 좋았습니다. 둘째날 안방 화장실에 물이 안내려가고, 거실 화장실에서는 온수가 안나오고, 베란다 자쿠지의 물이 잠기지 않게 되기 전까지요.... 특히 베란다 자쿠지는 어느 순간 온수가 안나와 물이 식기 시작했고 물빼는 법도 헷갈렸어요 자쿠지 사용법을 자쿠지 옆에 코팅해서 붙여놓으면 좋을것 같아요. 수지는 여러가지로 도움이 되었고 숙소는 접근성이나 전반적으로 너무 예쁘고 좋았는데 수도/배관 쪽으로는 문제가 좀 많았습니다 ”
