"Excellent location. Walking about 15 min on the same street to City Center. Quiet place. Very clean. The place had everything we needed for our trip, including kitchen utensils. Everything we did was via machines and we did not meet a single person. It was a bit weird but everything worked out. The check-in machine on the right did not have the letter "D" so that was a problem."

"We booked this for the good price and it ended up being a wonderful surprise. The kids area and the pool and Spa and rabbits and guinea pigs were all awesome. The room was tiny but comfortable and there was everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic. We decided to eat dinner there too and it was seriously so so good. I would definitely come here again. Also it was quiet even though it was full and had plenty of kids! "

"Brand New Hotel with Room for Improvement This new hotel boasts beautiful facilities and even includes travel tickets to the city center. However, there were a few drawbacks to my stay. Uncomfortable Temperaturen: The air conditioning system wasn't functioning properly, making the room uncomfortably hot at night. "We stayed 4 nights at the Hotel Isartor. The hotel is centrally located and easily walkable to transit (less than 5 minutes) and the Marienplatz (about 10 minutes). The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view of the river and consequently also received sun all day long so it was a bit warm, despite having a few windows. However, when we mentioned this to the front desk staff, they arranged to have a portable air conditioner to our room within an hour (without us asking). The room was well kept and spacious (we had a family room with 3 adults staying). They have parking arrangements with the garage next door. If you are renting a vehicle and need parking, our recommendation would be to go with a smaller vehicle as the parking spaces and access are tight. We have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel Isartor for your stay in Munich."
