"A hotel used on and off for over 20 years but it desperately needs reconstruction. The rooms get very stuffy in the summer and the window only opens a few centimetres. Also what use is a bar that's only open Monday to Friday 0900 to 1500? Staff though are excellent and deserve a better working environment. "

"Parking in front of the hotel is expensive so I parked in the nearby garage, making luggage management a bit challenging. The room was pleasant but work was being done right outside my window so it was a bit noisy in the morning. The area is wonderful with excellent restaurants within minutes outside the entrance. The free breakfast was very good."

Aufenthalt sehr geärgert hat, das die Klimaanlage tagsüber, wo kein Gast im Hotel ist zur Verfügung stand und Abends, wenn die Hotelgäste kommen ausgeschaltet wurde. Selbst nach meiner Anfrage, wurde dies ignoriert. Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es eine Klimaanlage auf der Homepage anbietet. "Enjoyable and comfortable stay while attending Smetana Festival. Very clean comfortable family run hotel. Spacious bedroom and bathroom Very helpful and friendly staff. Appreciated the many artworks displayed in room and throughout the hotel, unexpected bonus! Only downside was there is no lift and although I had no difficulty managing stairs to third floor, not ideal with luggage."

"Really cool hotel in an ancient Medieval building right in the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and I love that it was downstairs in the old wine cellar. And our room was MASSIVE and had a great shower and lots of closet space and shelves. I also love the free coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby that we could access 24 hours a day."
