"고객 서비스도 좋지 않고 내부시설도 별로 입니다 1. 화장실에 계속 소음이 납니다. 아마 보일러 소리인것 같은데 굉장히 거슬립니다 2. 공항 근처인 것은 감안 하더라도 비행기 소음도 크게 납니다 3. 샤워부스에 물도 샤워 헤드와 수도꼭지에서 동시에 나와 물이 시원하게 안나옵니다 4. 방에 있는 안내에는 체크아웃시 컨시어지에게 키를 전달하거나 방에 두라고 하였으나 메일로 안내된 내용에는 컨시어지에게 전달하지말고 방에 두라고 되어있습니다. 만약 제가 메일을 확인하지 않고 방에 있는 잘못된 안내문만 보고 컨시어지에게 키를 반납했다면 ..."
