โI literally left my 2 night stay in Washington D.C. to come back to Roost, when I say this place is TOP TIER itโs TOP TIER. We normally book the King room but I booked the Queen room to see how it is and itโs amazing as well, itโs more intimate to me. Itโs just enough space for you and your love one. Roost will always be my top favorite. Canโt wait to visit againโ
โYin Was amazing! So kind and kept communication open the entire time before we got there. There was something I did wrong on the app at first, and she helped me fix it! The place was gorgeous and perfectly located! 5 stars! โ
โThe homewood is my second time to stay.
Because, It's really really good for stay in Philadelphia.
I Higly Recommend the homewood.
Homewood have really comfortable room and service.
Also, all people in the homewood are very very kindness!!
If I will have a plan to visit Philadelphia, I will chose the HOMEWOOD without slightest hesitation!!โ
โI was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasnโt, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture wouldโve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. โ
โI was nervous prior to arrival as I know this area can be trouble. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the neighborhood is gentrifying.
I felt safe and the building had every safety precautions. Cameras at the entrance and inside. (Not in the rooms). To get to my room I had three doors each with a unique PIN code.
The building was bright, modern and welcoming as well as very clean. The building is broken into pods with what seems to be two private rooms sharing a kitchen area....
โWe absolutely ADORED our cute and VERY CLEAN room! Amenities were exactly what we needed and the property manager (Capital Hotel, I assume) was very communicative and helpful. Parking was exactly as described (free, on-street). Having never been to Philadelphia before, we werenโt sure what to expect, but it turned out the property is in a great location for getting around (especially on the transit busses). There is an Aldiโs and a wine and liquor store nearby; we stocked our fridge with...

โThe property was very responsive with communication. I had no issues at all. I walked the area and into the city and back every day. Mind your surroundings, as always, but I loved the property. I would stay here again alone or with a significant other. โ
โThe new bath towels were not provided for 2 consecutive days. I needed to call the hotel operator every night. The complementary water was also missed after room cleaning on a day. Tips were put every morning though..โ
โBed was very comfy, room was really fabulous and the Innkeeper was a treasure! He goes out of his way to help you any way he can and he really cares to make you stay a positive experienceโ
โThe property and rooms are so comfortable and nostalgic allowing for inspiration and relaxation. The locations is perfect as everything is a short drive to get to. Will definitely stay again. โ
โWe celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary at the Rittenhouse and they made it extremely special for us. We felt like royalty staying there in a really spacious room overlooking the park. I enjoyed the soaking tub. It was spacious enough that we felt we could live there. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help make our anniversary feel special, which we deeply appreciated. This hotel offers a nice indoor pool as well as fitness center, which we got to use, but if we had had more...
