"Staff were pleasant and helpful. We were able to buy washing powder in single packs from the desk which was handy. The room was very clean and the bins and towels were serviced daily with the beds changed every two days. For two people the suite was pretty spacious. The appliances (hair dryer, microwave, washing machine and dryer) all worked well. Best part was the location. Close enough to two stations of the different lines we needed, it was also easy to wander back from places like Gyeongbokgung Palace. I’d definitely stay again. "

"The staff is the only reason I gave it a five. Lee at the reception is amazing and very accommodating. He went out of his way to speak to our taxi driver about transportation arrangements. The room is clean but could use some improvement. The room is average but Lee is great."

"Great location and breakfast menu changes slightly everyday. Only small issue is that the lobby location not on the ground floor and the lift can be pretty slow and packed. Room is of decent size and clean. "
