"You really can’t go wrong booking with this hotel. Overall, everything about this location was top-tier, and I will definitely be booking again soon. Out of the three customer service representatives at the front desk, two of them were absolutely phenomenal. Both were gentlemen—one working the evening shift and the other on the day shift when we checked out. When I say their service was outstanding, I truly mean it. In the room we booked, I did assume there would be a stovetop rather than a portable cooktop, but it wasn’t a major issue. However, there was one young lady whose customer service didn’t quite match the high standard set by the others. She didn’t seem very engaged, and her attitude felt out of place compared to the excellent service we received from the rest of the staff"

"I would say the hotel is nice and everything but the customer service is not the best. We had an issue with no hot water my eight year-old showered and only had hot water for a minute. Had to finish with an ice cold shower which she cried the whole time about.. and we were promised compensation after had to move our family of 5 at 10pm at night which isn't ideal with 3 kids.. We didn't receive and have yet to hear from the GM after emailing him directly. I think this is poor customer service on their end and for that I give it a low rating. When you go somewhere and something like this happens, I think it's fair to feel that there should be action taken right away. It shouldn't take over a week to have someone follow up with you."

"In my opinion the bathroom was the nicest of any hotel we have ever stayed in! The staff were welcoming and helpful. There is a parking garage behind the hotel that charged us $10.00 for our overnight stay. There is a skywalk that connects it the hotel. It was a little confusing, but that was probably just due to our age! "

"Happy hour could have had the staff refill supplies quicker. To be fair the crowd was hungry."
