"Staff was polite and super attentive. Pool areas were a lot of fun and kept the kids busy. Only suggestion Is curtains in the rooms. They hav blinds, but exterior lights and light from cars shine through. Great value resort. Also used the shuttle service. "

"Suite was excellent. Extra room was well worth it. Food very good. We had diet restrictions and there were sufficient foods to meet it. On the down side, room needs more space to hang clothes and towels."

"Location, location: Proximity to Universal, restaurants and shops are the main convenience. While the room, the furniture and the washroom are dated, the cleaning staff has done their job properly. We felt the washroom room layout is off because the sink is located outside the bathroom; you are opening the door handle with unwashed hands. Parking fee was a painful surprise; we never knew about the parking fee ($25/day) while we booked the hotel. We wanted to dispute the parking charge. Expedia or the hotel should waive this charge. Thank you very much for your understanding. "

"I only had a one night stay, however this resort was beautiful and I wished we had more time at Universal’s Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. It was perfect in every way. The outdoor pool area was large and beautiful, rooms spotless and the staff so helpful and accommodating."
