“This unique hotel is brand new and the rooms are beautifully appointed. The only drawback is the lack of food available at the hotel. They offer a continental breakfast for a fee but that is the only food available right in the hotel. To dine you must go off site. The downtown area is not far and does offer some great choices.”

“We are avid travelers, not just within the United States, but elsewhere as well, this hotel was a one night stay on our trip to Mount Rushmore. It exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and quiet. The rooms were clean. The bedding was fresh dove soap, very impressed. The extra amenities like the pool the outdoor fire pits to make s’mores with the kids really top notch. Excellent breakfast as well, great job.”

“The rooms were fantastic, the amenities were excellent. The concierge was extremely helpful. Parking was ok but all on the street with meters. The good thing was that there was free parking on the weekend.”

“The room smelled like a pile of dirty wet towels, the air conditioner was incredibly loud. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend this place… find somewhere else to stay. Also, Expedia was not helpful at all when I logged a formal complaint… won’t be using them again either”

“When we got to the hotel we were told that the elevator was out of order and would not be fixed until later that night or the next day. They offered to help carry our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs but am not physically able to do that. They gave us a map of other properties in the Sioux Falls area but did not offer to help us find something. Luckily they agreed not to charge us for the stay.”

“We were upgraded to staying at the Victorian Inn- i would highly recommended. The house is charming and located in the historic downtown of Sioux Falls. ”
