"Found two cockroaches in our room. The man who assisted us when we checked in was wonderful, but upon checking out we were met by three staff working front desk who seemed to be deep in a conversation that I seemed to have interrupted based on their faces. Elevators are definitely the slowest we have ever experienced, so ensure you use stairs or request a first floor room. Line to breakfast was definitely unrealistic, and it did not match the area to sit for breakfast. Overall, we will not be staying at this hotel again. "

"Very nice front desk people and easy check in. They both were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and I felt very safe there with all of the outside lighting. I brought my dog with me and thankfully there was a pet area very close to my room. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you both for being very kind. "

"We stayed during spring break 2026. Negatives: The hotel was unfortunately down to one elevator during our start, but it was not overcrowded or terrible, and they almost had it fixed by the time we checked out. The surrounding area is not luxurious and tends to have a lot of foot traffic (some might find it 'questionable'), however the property has gated parking with an overnight security detail. This is not any fault of the property, just want to be transparent about the area. We did not find it to be unsafe or concerning in any way. Positives: - Free breakfast AND dinner - Great AC - Wonderful, friendly staff - Luggage carts - Nicely furnished rooms and top notch housekeeping - Temperature-controlled indoor pool, hot tub, and towels - SECURE. Card key access at every door. - Well equipped fitness center (did not use, but looked in) - Pizza Hut, smokehouse, and a 24/7 Mexican restaurant all on the same corner (1-minute walk to each!) All in all, we originally chose this property to save some money, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we've had. Kudos to the staff!"

"Nice and fun hotel for kids because of the inside pool. However the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan so after a bath I has to have the door open to get the humidity out. I found it odd. "

"Great stay overall. Very clean and nice rooms. Bar area was great. Only complaint is that our room didn’t get any colder than 66 degrees and found myself waking up hot at night. "

"Loved that it was close to Methodist hospital amd didnt have to deal with traffic. Room was small and compact but it was great. Didnt have toilet paper in room but i just went out amd bought some. No problem. Though kitchen sink was not working or water was turned off but thats ok too. I would definitely use them again."
