"Se ve que las fotos son de hace mucho tiempo, pues el hotel ya no se parece mucho con el aspecto actual; aunque reservamos 3 habitaciones, nos acomodaron en solo 2 habitaciones, faltaban toallas, bajé por ellas y no tenían, me pidieron esperar para que llegaran de la lavandería, faltaban sábanas y cobijas, no había un solo vaso, a pesar de que las habitaciones tienen cocina. Nos fuimos pasando la primera noche y pues como era de esperarse, no obtuvimos reembolso por la noche faltante. El...

Le prix ne vaut pas ce qu'on a eu, désolé mais je suis déçu d'hôtel.com également parce que le prix affiché sur le site est 3 x plus élevé que celui qui est fait sur place. Une honte je trouve. Les draps n'étaient même pas changé, les housses de coussins avaient des traces des précédentes personnes ayant dormi dessus. J'ai dû demander à ce qu'on nous change les draps et housse de coussins.
