“The front desk felt understaffed during both check-in and check-out. We liked the kitchenette but was disappointed in no dishware. While the room appeared clean, the floors needed a good cleaning because my socks picked up plenty of blonde hair. The bed was older but bedding made up for it and was overall fairly comfortable. “There were raised tiles in our bathroom and we kept stubbing our toes. However more frustrating was that the photos online showed a hot tub with the indoor pool, it had been filled and it now a seating area. We were looking forward to the hot tub after a long drive, so that was really disappointing.”

“El peor hotel que hemos visitado. Sábanas sucias, pésima atención, la piscina solo la abren poquitas horas, el elevador supuestamente estaba fuera de servicio. Aparte de todo me cobraron una cobija porque segun la housekeeping dijo que no estaba en la habitación (Ellos se inventaron eso para cobrarme 100$ extra). Totalmente horrible”

“Even though I had booked a room through this site, when I arrived the hotel was overbooked and I did not have a room. The desk clerk offered no apologies and no solutions.”

“Staff was great. Office closes at 10pm so make sure if you run out to you car you have your key. Outside in the back were I walked the dog looked like a homeless camp. Parking lot very dirty. We had no power so didn’t have many choices with a dog. Price was great and lots of food options close”
