This property was a Gem. It’s quaint and cute too. The rooms are large and spacey. The buffet breakfast included was tasty. The staff was friendly and polite. They gave you quality service and I’ll give the staff 100. The location near Notre Dame was perfect.

Very pleasant stay

We’re very pleased and pleasantly surprised with our 2-day stay at Ivy Court. Comfortable and quiet with nice amenities of fruit, snacks and drinks available all day and a wonderful hot breakfast in the morning. Everything was very clean, and as other reviews note, some aspects of this place are a little dated or tired, but it didn’t detract from our experience. While our visit had no connection to Notre Dame, if you were, this would be a great location. We were just sightseeing in Elkhart and LaGrange counties in Indiana and Southwest and central Michigan and this was a good location for us.

What a wonderful place to stay. The Ideal location, parking is super convenient. The rooms are great size and comfortable. All very clean. And the breakfast at FarmBell Kitchen is the best. Highly recommend if you prefer a smaller hotel.
