"Great Staff, But a Rough Stay for Non-Smokers The Good: The front desk lady was incredibly kind—she let us check in and worked directly with Expedia to resolve a booking glitch for us. The room was spacious, and the bathroom looked recently updated. The Bad: The Smoke: If you don't smoke, beware. Our "smoke-free" room smelled terrible, forcing us to buy air freshener. Because guests are allowed to smoke on the closely connected balconies, we couldn't enjoy the view, and a neighbor was even...
