"This was a great spot. We originally booked for one night it as we were taking a rhine cruise to Bingen from Boppard and then heading to another location. It was supposed to be a travel stop more than a destination. Sadly, our cruise was cancelled. There was not much to do in the area but the staff gave great recommendations and it was a little cute little town to walkabout and we had a very nice dinner riverside at the aptly named riverside restaurant. We took a short hike up to Klopp castle and it was really cool. This hotel was clean and comfortable and the coffee was great! They made a disappointing day into a nice little getaway. The river view from the room was amazing."

"lovely hotel in pleasant location, room was very good, spacious, balcony, and excellent breakfast though evening meal disappointed for the price. Pity there was no kettle available in the room. we arrived when the hotel was unsataffed, no problems finding they key, but meant we diudnt get a welcome"
