"We had a lovely time at the Hotel de La plage recently for 3 nights - friendly, helpful staff , great location , good breakfast and very pleasant sitting areas ( inside and out ) The sea view rooms are gorgeous and the beach at low tide is amazing. Loved it and will definately go back there again when we visit Dieppe ( and Rouen for the day )"

"Used as a base to explore Roenne. Arrived early so knew the room would not be ready. The staff were so helpful. We had somewhere to get changed and leave our luggage so we could explore the town. The room was excellent, well equipped and very clean. There was secure underground parking, even for my motorcycle. Breakfast was very nice with a great selection of food and drink. Probably this was the best hotel on our 7 day trip. Highly recommended."

"The staff was so helpful in explaining the parking and codes etc. the one gal who was working the evening we arrived was exceptional at English and happy to send us to dinner, recommending à very local and yummy place off the beaten path. Loved that. Be patient to find your way to their parking. It’s worth the stay in Center of town."

"Room needed maintenance loose tap and hair dryer bracket broken and dryer in cupboard. Staff were very good, the hot breakfast could have been hotter! The underground parking was very tight having a large car I had to be very careful! I was intending to charge my EV but €500 deposit for the lead and difficulty manoeuvring in the underground car park put me off."
