Security needs to be more professional! Pay attention to the crowd and not just the performers. Its sad to see kids underage there as well! People have no sense of class or respect .

The venue staff seemed uninformed, and everyone you asked gave you a different answer. I lined up for a concert at 4pm (on February 23rd, in 30 degree weather), and doors were supposed to open at 6:30pm. Around 6:40pm, staff from the Upstate Concert Hall started letting people from the middle of the line into the venue, but told us who had been waiting there the longest we were not allowed to be admitted yet. Once we were admitted into the venue (close to 6:45), my ID was checked, but I was allowed entrance without my purse being checked in the slightest. That is a big concern of mine in the year 2019.
