"The hotel really needs an update - the bed was not very comfortable. But it was clean and the staff were very nice."

"The hotel looks a bit old and rundown but the lobby and room were recently updated. The bar was not much but it was something and breakfast was a bit medicore. The bathroom towels were soft and large as well as the blankets. The pool is fantastic and has a nice workout room adjacent. They need to do a better job of providing towels by the pool though."

"Overall experience was good except there wasn't anyone at the front desk to check us in. Probably waited 10 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. "

"Floor was very dirty. You could walk across the floor & your socks would be dirty on the bottoms. My daughter stepped on a rock in the room. You could tell the floor hadnt been mopped in awhile. Evidently not swept either. Dried food on the area in front of the TV. "

"Super sketchy!! The location was exactly what I needed because I come to Urbana to see my daughter who lives a block from there and spend nearly no time at the hotel (thank goodness!) Dirty, smelly room overall. Leaky shower faucets with a tub that didn’t drain well. Completely unsafe stairway they roped off with crime scene tape on my second day. Thankfully I didn’t discover the cockroaches until the morning I was leaving."
