10여년전에 3번 방문하고 다시 추억여행삼아 다시 숙박하였는데, 그때 친절하고 다정다감한 직원들은 다 없어지고 인건비 아끼려는지 직원은 거의 안보이고, 건물은 초라함이 가득하여서 여간 실망이 컸습니다. 저의 우레시노여행, 카스이앤숙박은 여기서 마지막입니다.

카스이엔에서 3박

가족끼리 처음으로 가는 일본 온천 여행입니다. 와이프와 딸은 다음에 와도 카스이엔에서 숙박하고 싶다고 합니다. Private bath는 이용하지 못 했지만, 대중탕으로도 충분히 만족했습니다. 다음 방문 때에도 다시 이용할 계획입니다. 다만, 아침 저녁 식사는 저희 가족 입맛과는 차이가 있어 다음에는 아침 정도만 이용하려 합니다

スタッフの対応が良かったです。 食事付きではなくて、クルマで近くの店探したが、開いてなくて　大変だった。 大浴場は入浴剤等沢山あって充実してます、湯の質も、温度も丁度良く楽しめました。

インターからも近く、無料の駐車場もあって良かったです。 大浴場はたまたま早い時間だったせいなのか1人貸切り状態で入ることが出来ました。 リファ、Panasonic、dysonと良いドライヤーが揃い、化粧水やボディクリームなども揃っていてタオル1枚で良さそうなほどです。 9階の露天風呂はこの時期は寒いので身体を洗ったり洗髪するのは厳しいかもですね。 そちらは普通のドライヤーでした（笑） 素泊りでしたが受付けの方々の対応はとても感じが良く大満足でした。

スタッフにベテランの方が多く、柔らかな物腰での接客に安心感が持てました。外壁工事中だったのが残念でしたが事前に電話でご連絡がありました。今回は旅程の都合により食事は朝食のみで利用しましたが、次回の利用時は朝・夕食付きプランにしたいと思います。朝食会場はゆったりしており、各テーブルにお花があってシニア世代には嬉しかったです。

トロトロ湯質の大露天風呂が最高！

湯質が良く、法事のあと癒されました。屋上？の大きな露天風呂も良かったですし、地下も良かったです。 客室もゆったりしていてくつろげました。 氷の入った冷たい水のポット、湯沸ポット、行き届いていると感じました。また寄らせていただきます！
